My web page was having issues today. Sorry for the late post.
It didn't take long to realize we loved this area and marina (Legacy Harbour Marina). We wanted a break and this is where we will take it. We took a day off of the water and took care of odds and ends.

Sunday morning we received a welcomed visit from our friend Douglas. He brought a package we had delivered to him and we were able to visit for a bit before he had to leave
There was already a party happening at our dock as we pulled in. A lot of other loopers are here. Over the two nights here we made a lot of good contacts and useful information from seasoned Loopers. Soooo many people from Michigan. Just a few slips away is another AT41. A year older and a few less custom options but the same size and blue hull. The owners were very helpful and encouraging as they have already completed the loop and will be doing it again.
We want to travel some on the North Channel this summer and we connected with new friends that invited us to their summer home in the North Channel.
We got underway this morning at 7:40 a.m. Grey and hazy but seas are calm and air is cool as we continue on the Okeechobee Waterway across Florida. Today we will go through our first two locks with many, many more ahead.
Here's a few miscellaneous photos from yesterday.
