The last three nights were spent in Clearwater. Glen worked two of those days. A co-worker picked him up and they visited area plants. Yesterday was spent mostly on the boat due to the extreme high winds. Ant and I did have an amazing lunch at the Bait House, located a couple hundred feet from our slip. Yes it is actually a bait shop. But the food is amazing and there is always a waiting line.
Clearwater was packed with families and young people enjoying their spring breaks. We walked the beach on Wednesday and took a few photos. Other than that it was a nice rest from our Monday crossing.
This morning we were underway at 8:18 a.m. headed south on the ICW. It started out wet and foggy with a couple of far away lightning strikes but it's 11:02 now, we have several bridge passings under our belt and the sky has opened up to blue and sunny. With all the bridges it will be a long day.
